We offer a competitive fee structure and can offer reductions on our standard charges for multiple property portfolios. Our standard charges are as follows:

• Letting Fee: The equivalent of one month's rent

• Management Commission: 10% of rent collected

• Inventory Preparation: £25 per room

Maintenance is based on any works required and the costs will be disclosed at the time.
